Hide unpublished tours from the checklist

Currently if tour is a part of the checklist and it gets unpublished, you need to manually remove it from the checklist, otherwise it stays there unclickable. It would be nice not to remember to go and remove unpublished tours from the checklists, especially when tour has an automated schedule.
