Pause tour indefinitely until a trigger is activated

Right now I use delays that don't always line up with how long a user needs to enter information into a popup form. It would be great if they could dismiss one step by clicking into the form, and wait until the save button is hit to continue. This could be done by a 'wait' or a 'pause' step in between.
